"Platform"

The kxy8 website, mobile version and all associated digital services.

"User" or "You"

Any person who has registered on or is using the kxy8 platform.

"Account"

A personal user account created through registration on the platform.

"Services"

5.5 Transaction Cancellation

Once processing has begun, a deposit cannot be cancelled. A withdrawal request must be cancelled before processing begins — once processing has started, it cannot be cancelled.

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. A 20x wagering requirement must be met before this bonus can be withdrawn.

6.2 Wagering Requirement

6.4 Bonus Abuse

If bonus abuse is suspected, kxy8 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and review the account. Claiming the same bonus offer more than once, using multiple accounts, or using a bonus solely for the purpose of withdrawing is prohibited.

7.1 Game Outcomes

All games on kxy8 are operated through a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system. Game outcomes are completely impartial and not predetermined. Each round's result is independent.

7.2 Game Providers
